[Ham-Computers] menu tabs on website

no i got the coding from a website... www.grsites.com it's really
weird that all the buttons would work except that one... i emailed the
guy that owns the site to see if he had any input, but i've yet to get
a response....
I'm running Windose XP and with both IE and Firefox it's messed up...
I'm using Kompozer to put the site together... so i'm wondering if
maybe Kompozer is giving me fits....
