[Ham-Computers] menu tabs on website

hello all

i'm stumped and can't figure out what the deal is with my site... I
have some menu tabs that show up weird but as soon as you rool over
them with your mouse they straigten up and look alright for as long as
you're ont he page...but if you leave the page and come back that same
thing happens again... I know it's some kind of scripting problem and
i'm about to pull my hair out... UGH!!!
