[Ham-Computers] CD-ROM question

No doubt the same thing that makes it so a CDROM drive door doesn't open
when you press the open button, or makes it open half way, then close, or
open
half way, then bounce back and forth a few times before slamming shut as you
reach for the
disk...

Oddly, this has happened with every OS and computer with CDROM support I
have ever used since 1993.

Now THAT'S something to think about...
