[Ham-Computers] Help with batch file?

    Been a lot of years since I did anything with batch files! I'm 
trying to start a sequence of programs, but can't remember the proper 
structure for the .bat file. Have been trying something like this:

CMD
CD C:\Ham Radio\ProgramFile\Program.exe
CD C:\Ham Radio\OtherFile\Otherprogram.exe
EXIT

Obviously, this is not working (or I wouldn't be asking for help). The 
CMD window opens, but there is no directory change or program start.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
