Hi Aaron:  I'm not sure about what you mean about visiting the web sites 
of both IE and Firefox when installing the Flash Player update.  Did you 
if you use IE *or* Firefox?  I used IE to download and install this 
link.  It mentioned activX control was needed, and I gave permission.  
The update was downloaded and appeared to install ok.  Just to be safe, 
I reinstalled it using Opera, but I want to pass this info to a friend.
