Very close, more like the one on the top left of the stack in this photo:

In fact, the one on the right has the same emblem as the drive I have, but
on mine it is a sticker on top of the case.

I never played with Amiga, that would explain why this drive is such a
mystery to me.

Thanks for the assistance, now to obtain everything that could possibly be
associated with this component...
