[Ham-Computers] Network/Virus problem?

Gene,

It is always good to know what processes are running on your computer and which ones should be. You should go to task manager and see if there are any you can safely shut down before running the virus scan. Too many processes running can make your scan either not complete the scan or just shut down.

Sounds like you need a good registry scan to clean it up too before running the virus scan.
