[Ham-Computers] Problem with assigned program (default) for opening files

   AFAIK, you open windows explorer, highlight any file with the
extension of interest, RIGHT click then choose the program to
want to open it (always) and tick the [] always use this ...
[ENTER]
   There are several kinds of tif/tiffs some programs may only
open some of them.   (I use LINUX.)
