[Ham-Computers] Re OE Attachment Filtering Problem

Saving attachements, outlook express 6.0, XP OS.

On the top of the screen are various menus, file, edit, view, et cetera.  On
ours, the fourth one over is Tools.  Click on tools.  At the bottom of the
menu is options.  Click on options.  A box will pop up with various
settings.  There are two rows of tabs that can be clicked.  You want to find
the tab that indicates security.  Somewhere on this tab will be settings
related to virus control.  On ours, the fourth clickable choice from the top
is  is along the lines of "Do not allow attachements to be saved that may
contain a virus".  If this is checked, attachements cannot be saved, when
unchecked, all attachments can be saved.
