[Ham-Computers] AVG antivirus

I forced it and still no luck.
What's weird I tried the TRIAL version for about a week and worked great and
then today I downloaded the FREE version and that's when I ran into this
prob.
And yes I deleted the TRIAL off the computer here and put the FREE version
on, and even rebooted to see if that would cure the prob and same thing.
