[Ham-Computers] Factory Restore Disk

I wondered where factory restore disks were for my Dell E510, 
searched Dell forums and found out that systems shipped after July 
15, 2004 came with PC Restore, which uses the hidden partition and 
Norton Ghost 10 (at least in my setup) to restore to the original 
factory setup.  I have PC Restore, so no recovery disk

I also found a link to order an XP recovery disk, which is:

Service Tag 1J7R171, currently running Win XP Home SP2.

I need this disk to fix a PC for an elderly neighbor who can't afford to
get it from Dell, or a third-party source. The application CD would be a
big plus, but isn't a major concern.
