Create a new directory, using "windows explorer" go into the CD drive,
tag all files, Ctrl=C (or right click an copy)then go to the new directory,
Ctrl=V (or right click an paste) then inspect for type, if not wav use some
program to convert to 44.100 kB/s stereo wav file.
Use your CD-R writing program to write a CD-R from this directory.

Note you can only get 20 to 30 songs on a 700 mB CD-R. (You can get
hundreds of mp3's on a CD-R if the data rate is low.) You may have to
create several sub-directories off of the new directory so you can sort
them as you choose. (I haven't used any M$ products since 1997 so I can't
name any programs or precise procedures.)
