The only (affordable) printer that prints in white is the Alps, due to
its unique ink/printing system: Micro Dry thermal resin and/or dye
sublimation system. These printers can print white on dark background.
Do a Google search on Alps printers. Also used Alps printers appear
from time to time on eBay. A lot of hobbyists who need to print white
on dark use them, especially to print decals for models, etc.
