Aaron,

My first was 20 Meg with the IBM XT machine. I remember the machine cost me 
$3,000! About everything was an option from serial and parallel ports to a 
modem to a video card!

I paid about $300 when I upped the RAM to 640K. I forget if I had 128K or 
256K at the time. But I had already boosted from the 64K that it came with!
