[Ham-Computers] Re Cookie Problems

In MSIE, under Tools, opening Internet Options, the Security tab -
The security setting is "Internet"
The security level I can not tell, only custom or default are shown as 
options.

There is no mention of privacey or advanced.

Am I looking in the wrong place? Maybe it should be Outlook Express or?
