[Ham-Computers] Re Cookie Problems

Hello All,

I am being told that "cookies are not working". Alright, this is Windows XP 
Home Edition and I am using MSIE 6.0 and OE 6.0

How do I "fix" the cookie issue? Turn them on? Flip them over before 
burning? Or?
