[Ham-Computers] Loading new programs

Ok all something has me stumped.
I loaded Superantispyware onto my laptop today which runs Win XP and it 
downloaded ok as far as I can tell, BUT when I try to open the program I get 
the box saying it has encountered a problem, do I want to send a error 
message to Microsoft, yada yada...

Any ideas why a program that was just installed do that.
