[Ham-Computers] Need "Program disk".

Hi Folks,

I need the program disk that came with my "Dell Dimension 4100" computer.
If you have a identical computer and the "Product key" is:

NGRXM G3DJY FJJ6W PK66T 9GRTJ  would it be possible to make a
copy, or, can I borrow yours to re-install the original operating system.

I have some pesky problems which I cured once before by running the 
program disk.

I turned it in to a local repair shop about three years ago and sent every
bit of the documentation all kept in a large brown envelope. I identified
every bit of documentation including the disks with my return address
stickers. I did not check inventory of what I had in the envelope when
I got the computer back from repair.
Now, that I want to run the program disk, I cannot locate it. I 
contacted the repair tech but he said he couldn't located it.
