[Ham-Computers] Off Topic Head Cleaning Kit

Hi All,

I realize this is totally off the topic of computers, but since many of you 
are involved in digital audio recording and photo editing, I have hopes that 
perhaps one of you can help me.

I am desperately trying to find a "new" VHS head cleaning tape. I need the 
"dry" variety, I do NOT want the 'wet' one that the user must drop eight 
drops of some solution into eight tiny holes.

I tried Radio Shack, all they had was a leftover never sold wet kit. I was 
told that niether form is currently being manufactured. However, the 
correctness of that from a counter girl at said store is not considered as 
"reliable" information!

I was also told that nobody is manufacturing blank VHS tapes since January 
of this year. True? Seems to me, that it would be 'BAD" business, and even 
worse public relations, to discontinue the film media used by hundreds of 
thousands of owners of video cameras that require a VHS cassette!

If any of you know where I can purchase a dry variety VHS head cleaning 
tape, please contact me off list. Thank you 'very' much.
