Hi Jerry,

Still need a little bit of clarification when you say "hit system restore".  Is this the System Restore tab in the System Properties control panel (as mentioned in my last post), or are you clicking on a "system restore" icon?

When I  hit system restore it said,"Run a DLL as an App has encountered a 
problem and needs to close".
