I don't have one, but Dells are usually pretty friendly.
One thing to look for would be a pair of (green?) slides on each side of 
the drive.  If you squeeze them together, you can slide the drive out. 
At least that's how it's done with the Optiplex series.

They have 4 screws - 2 on each side.  Check to see if it's screwed into 
the frame/chassis.
