I'm not sure how "standard" the 50-pin side is, but it looks quite similar to the connector used by many laptop drives (and some drive "caddies"). They're designed for quick connect/disconnect such as when used in a removable drive bay found in many laptops.
You might want to scavange some old laptop docking stations and see what you find. Most of the time, you won't find it as part of a cable assembly...it's usually soldered onto a circuit board.

I believe that it is known as a 50-pin ATAPI.
I am willing to remove one (actually need two) from a discarded/obsoleted device or buy it/them as part of a cable assembly.
