[Ham-Computers] DVD drive repairs?

Hi Gang,

Does anyone know of a repair place for DVD problems?
Mine, after long telephone session with Dell Techs arrived at the 
diagnosis that the laser was defective in the DVD.

Also have a problem with the 3 1/2 inch floppy drive.

Any info appreciated & thanks.
