In IE6:

Open the Internet Options control panel (either via Control Panels or IE)
Click on the "Content" tab
Click on the "AutoComplete" button

Here you can clear both saved IE forms and IE passwords. Note that this will not clear cached Windows credentials - only IE credentials. Since IE is integrated with Windows, websites that use "Windows" authentication might save the ID/passwords as a cached Windows credential. Luckily, these are usually only found on "internal" networks (aka "Intranet") as it relies on ports that are not normally forwarded through routers.

If you need to clear cached Windows credentials, let me know and I'll post those steps.

Subject: [Ham-Computers] Clearing saved passwords

Does anyone know how to clear saved passwords for logging into web sites
when using XP?

In Win98 it was a matter of deleting files *.pwd.

Thanks!
