[Ham-Computers] Clearing saved passwords

In reference to this question I found the place in my browser which is 
Mozilla Firefox to clear them. Thanks! I don't know about IE though.

Does anyone know how to clear saved passwords for logging into web sites 
when using XP?

In Win98 it was a matter of deleting files *.pwd.
