I had to replace the system board in one of our machines here when after 
running fine for over two years it started rebooting itself.  I have a suspicion 
after buying all the replacements and removing the old system board it was just 
an overheat problem that could have been cured by removing the CPU fan and 
giving it and the rest of the board a thorough cleaning.  Last time I had this 
problem (when I bought all the stuff I just removed) it was an overheat problem 
that I solved by adding/relocating the fans and installing RAM with builtin 
heatsinks.

But I can't quite guarantee that so the Intel 865 PERL system board, 3.1 GHz 
CPU and CPU fan are free plus shipping.  Will come with original docs and CD.

Naturally, the new system board required new almost everything.  Plus I have 
some earlier type RAM from previous upgrades I'll list.  All prices are OBO up 
or down and do not include shipping.  Quantity available is one unless 
otherwise stated.

connector (including the 865) $20.00.  Naturally, the new system board was 24-pin.
