[Ham-Computers] Internet connections and IE

Hello,

I have still not found the missing link to tell IE that I am connected to 
the internet. Mozilla runs fine.

Says driver is not installed but it is because I can get on with Mozilla.

How do I tell IE where the driver is so it sees the connection?
