[Ham-Computers] Svchost.exe locking up computer

Also I read after sending the message to fix the problem...

Uncheck Auto updates for Windows XP
Reboot
then go get updates manually and works like a champ!

I could not even get Norton or Spybot to update before I did that, but all 
is working much better now.
