take everything out of your autostart and start folders
including virus checker

BE OFFLINE do not connect online till you ready to run below link

clear all accounts except your original one
get online
go here and run this program (MAY TAKE A HOUR OR SO )
http://www.ewido.net/en/onlinescan/
run all your virus and adaware spyware programs

if that does not work
clear all temp files and caches

if that does not work you may have to reformat ONLY AS A LAST RESORT
