Many trojans will install a mIRC client to give them the ability to
access your computer remotely. If you never used mIRC, then you have
no reason to reinstall it. The anti-virus software was telling you
to reinstall it because it assumed that you were using mIRC, and that
it was infected by the virus/trojan.
