As long as "you" bought it new, you can sell it here. If you got it used, 
either as a gift or you bought it, you may donate it here, but not sell it.

The list policy discourages selling software here due to copyright 
infringements, theft and so forth.

Now what you do off list with an interested party ... Only the shadow knows!
