[Ham-Computers] Problem with Windows Update

No, 95, 98 and NT4.0 are in that status.  2000 is still being supported but 
only with security related updates, but not improvements or enhancements.  Plus 
related issues such as IE6 and the Updater still automatically download.  
2000 won't go totally unsupported for another two years, or a little less.
