[Ham-Computers] Heat Related?

Yes, it's heat related.  Yes, taking minutes to re-open outlook is also normal, due to it "recovering" a corrupted .pst file because it wasn't closed correctly - that can be shortened by archiving as much as you can from the main file.
   
  But the real issue is whichever fan died or filter is clogged, etc.
