[Ham-Computers] Dell Dimension 4700 problem

Ken, thanks very much.  I've been looking for a tool such as this one for a long time!  How did you happen to run across it?

Obviously Ken did not experience any problem using this tool or he would have said so, but somewhere in the back of my mind I have a recollection of someone  on this list expressing a concern.  I can't find a trace, so I must be confusing lists, but does somebody else have a similar remembrance?
