I did a CE certification on a medical instrument.
Two things are required.  A Source and an antenna.
Sources are PC switching supply, PC clocks and Monitor Switching supplies.
Turn off your monitor to see if it is the source.
Then the PC with the monitor on.
Then hold in your reset button on your PC to see if the PC clocks are 
the source.....or if no reset button ...do a CTRL, ALT, DEL to reset the 
machine and see if the noises are changing.
Once the source is known , you can start limiting the antenna through 
chokes and shielding.
There is a great little red book written on grounding and shielding that 
you can use to completely elliminate all the noises but like a leaky 
bucket, you have to plug the last hole before it all works.
