For Outlook and Outlook Express the going method or trick seems to be to
specify a rule that does what you want the blank subject messages to do but
apply it to every message.  Then set an exception if the subject contains a,
e, i ,o, u, y all separately so nothing happens if there is something there
(unless it contains all consonants).

How does one go about setting up a filter for incoming e-mail with an empty
subject field?

As in, 'where the subject line contains ..." Ideas?
