I don't think the list allows attachments, so try this link (from Symantec's website). The first two should get you where you want to go depending on what version of NAV you have.

For reference, the link begins with "http" and ends with "%20antivirus", just in case it gets split into two lines (just delete the linefeed at the end of the first line).
Note: If you're using SAV (Symantec AntiVirus, the "business" or "corporate" edition of NAV), then there is a different un-installer required.
