Yes, if you have a battery to store the charge.  I am getting the impression you are hoping to run everything off the solar cells only.  You will need a small battery and conditioner to "condition" the solar cell output for the battery since voltage jumps around with sunlight.  If you did not plan on a battery, everything changes (and you'd be off the air whenever a cloud comes by or someone walks in front of the cells).

That it my limit of help, I really have never done this.  Someone mentioned the QRP groups.  They do this all the time for low power stations.  Many also do this for high power stations with batteries being used most of the time and the cells keeping the batteries up when they can.
