Your computer is disasterously underpowered!  The poor
PS *could* be the source of all of your troubles.

A 450W PS would be the *minimum* I would consider
with such a configuration.

You should also have much better cooling.  You need
a fan bringing fresh (preferably filtered) air in
low and another one venting it out up high.

Where does the heat from the video card go?

You need to map your airflow - small strips of the
thin shiny metallic-look ribbon from giftwrap, secured
here and there, are helpful.

Shut off SETI, the search for ET won't miss your
spare CPU cycles and right now you need to simplify
for troubleshooting.
