[Ham-Computers] Trojan(?) problem-UPDATE

I think that I got rid of the Trojan (?), but I do not know how I did it! 
(Really stupid, huh?)
When I run the Trojan Hunter program McAfee pops up with a warning that the 
computer is infected with "JMFM1.exe virus and it can not be cleaned, 
deleted or quarantined.
When I search for this file, it is no where to be found.
If I just run McAfee by it's self, it will not show that I have this virus. 
????????
Oh well, I guess that I should remember that computers are all female and us 
guys will never, ever understand them. . .
