The biggest complaint that I have with VPC is that it does not play nice
with other OS's other than windows. I have had bad luck with running some
forms of Linux as a VM.

I do love virtual server and have virulized some of the servers I run as
well as some that I maintain for other businesses. 

I do use Virtual PC to demonstrate aspects of some of the MS programs when I
am trying to make a sell. It does give me the ability to set up a senerio
and save it then give a demonstration and revert back any changes using undo
disk. 

VMware does offer some advantages to the non windows environment. I do have
MS VPC 2007 Beta but have not had the opportunity to test it yet and see the
improvements.
