[Ham-Computers] I.E. ver 7

downloaded and installed 
of course it rearranged all my favorites in alpha order 
so I spent 30 minutes rearranging how I like them
when I opened again some 2 hours later they were back in alpha order 
so one more time I rearranged them 
close I.E. and reopened immediately and again IN ALPHA ORDER 
how do I keep them in the order I choose 
if cannot then I will uninstall ver 7 an go back to a previous version
any comments suggestions
