[Ham-Computers] Strange Process In Win ME

A couple of days ago, my xyl's PC started "bogging-down." After the 
usual diagnostics/maintenance, (window washer, ad-aware, spybot & 
derfag) we noticed a "new" process that neither of us have ever heard 
of.

If we do a ctrl alt delete (Win ME) we see a process called "T H I S E 
L T" (sans quotation marks, or spaces)

I ran a search on Google, but couldn't find anything that seemed 
revlevant, unless I wanted to study mathematics in another universe, hi 
hi.

Has anybody heard of this, or know what it is?
