[Ham-Computers] Mouse solution

Hello,

I have a computer with a USB optical mouse and was wondering how you can get 
the wheel to automatically be in the scroll mode without having to push down 
and click the wheel. This does the same with 2 different mouses and they 
work fine on other computers so it must be a configuration issue. Thanks!
