[Ham-Computers] Need Advice on CD/DVD R/W Software

Jim,

Glad that it worked out OK.  

I don't ever use any of the job building or other utility software that comes 
with EasyCD or EasyMedia.  Just use it to install the basic CD and DVD R/W 
control drivers.  Which is why I don't use Nero.  It lacks the basic control 
drivers unless you access them through their slow and cumbersom software.  I use 
the CD and DVD drives as I do any other drives.  Write to them or read from 
them with whatever application I'm running that needs to do so.
