[Ham-Computers] Outlook Express Question...

When I click Send/Recv, or click on the words "Receiveing mail..."  I get a
status box.  This tells me how many messages are coming in, connection, etc.
When I click on "Details", of course I get details...  At the lower left of
this box is a picture of a pushpin.  I click on it and the angle of the pin
in the picture changes, but I don't notice anything else changing.  Hovering
over it provides no info...  What is this thing?
