[Ham-Computers] Re Problems Printing CD Case Inserts

Hi All,

My daughter is trying to print CD slimline case inserts she created using 
Nero. The paper is labeled as being Memorex and has two labels per sheet. 
What she created looks correct on the CRT in the preview mode. When she 
tries to print it out, however, the text extends off the right side of the 
label.

I may be wrong, but I think the problem is in her printer settings.

She has margins turned off.

She also has the paper size as standard 8.5X11 letter size. Shouldn't she 
change this to reflect the size of the CD insert?

If not, then what does she need to do to cause the image on the screen, 
which is the correct size for a CD jewel case insert, to print out 
correctly?

For what it is worth: if she prints it out on regular paper, it is perfect. 
It is only when she tries to print it out on the Memorex CD case insert 
sheets that the problems happen.

Somewhere she is failing to tell the printer how to print on the labels. 
Suggestions?
