As I recently found out, don't forget that not all of your programs 
will work as they did before the upgrade. Just about the best way to 
find out is to reinstall them as you encounter problems running them, 
but it shouldn't be too bad.

I recently upgraded, and the only problems I ran into are almost not 
worth mentioning.
