[Ham-Computers] Need help with RAM type

Hi gang I acquired a older Compaq laptop.
Its a Armada V300 and the manual on it says that it takes SDRAM, but that's 
all it says.

How do I find out exactly what type it takes?

I recently got some for the home computer and it was also SDRAM PC 133, 133 
mhz.

Do yall think that same type would go in this laptop, or what determines all 
that stuff.
