Just for reference, Roxio has two "flavors" of their CD/DVD burning
software.  The more common flavor found in stores is Roxio's "Easy Media
Creator" software, now at version 8 (formerly known as "Easy CD and DVD
Creator Deluxe").  This is a "suite" consisting of "Easy CD and DVD
Creator" (aka Creator "classic") and several other products designed to
help you edit, author, and burn CD's and DVD's.  It costs about $100 and
can be found on sale at times for under $50 (after various rebate
headaches).

The original "Easy CD Creator" is now called "Easy CD and DVD Creator"
and sells for about $30.  This is just the "classic" burning app without
the additional "fluff".  No, it's not the "light" version that ships
with some CD/DVD recorders, but the same component that ships in the
suite.  Most people can get by with this version, but it's harder to
come by.  If you don't need the "fluff", this is the version you should
get if you like the Roxio software.

BTW, Nero also sells "Nero Burning ROM" by itself (without the "suite"
fluff) for about $30.  Again, the full suite is more commonly found for
about $100 (or less with rebates).

Something to keep in mind if you're on a limited budget.
